A Message from the Heart Behind the Movement, Abeera Atique
The day I was diagnosed with thyroid disease, my life changed — not just because of the diagnosis itself, but because of what it made me realize. I was told to increase my water intake, and in that moment, I thought about the millions — especially children — who don’t even have a single glass of clean water to drink each day. That thought didn’t leave me. It stirred something deep within me, and I knew I couldn’t stay still.
What began with the funding of just one water well has now grown into a movement — Hope in Every Drop. It’s no longer just my journey; it’s a collective effort. A growing community of people, coming together to make a difference — to leave a smile, offer shelter, support education, and above all, bring life through clean water. Because in the end, it’s not about how big your act is — it’s about the ripple effect you create when you choose to care, to act, and to give hope — one drop at a time.
Founded in 2019, Hope in Every Drop Water Foundation began as a small family-led mission to bring clean water to a remote village in Pakistan. What started with one well is now a full-scale movement serving thousands.
